Dear parents,

This is a reminder that Summer Camp money is due.

1. The camp, in an effort to plan ahead, gives a discount for anyone who pays for camp before April 30th. This helps them to start planning for the coming summer.
2. Additionally, because of the great spaghetti dinner night we had, Troop 601 is once again subsidizing the cost with another $100.00.
3. So therefore the cost to you for each boy is a total of $130.00 for a great week at Summer Camp.
4. Please insure that you have paid for summer camp by Tuesday night the 24th of April. The troop will then write a check for the total amount and send that check before the deadline.
   Payment schedule is a follows:

   5/12	5/19	5/26 and after
   $140	$160	$180

   Once again, you need to pay $130.00 for each boy going to summer camp by Tuesday night April 24th.

Medical forms are available on the links below. Please download them. The first attachment is the med form for boys. The second attachment is the med form for adults.

1. Medical forms for Scouts. Everyone going to Summer Camp needs a medical form. We need you to get your son's medical form filled out and returned by the end of June. Remember, no med form, no camp. We fax the medical forms to camp about two weeks ahead of our stay. This makes checking in go much faster.
2. Medical Forms for Fathers or Mothers or Uncles or Aunts. If they're going to stay overnight they have to have a medical form. No med form, no staying overnight, no exceptions. Adults - You can bring the form with you.
